Services
LegLink is a software-as-a-service solution for managing and billing Local Electricity Communities (LEC). The scope of functions follows the applicable service description.
Contract and account
The contract is formed upon registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the confidentiality of your credentials.
Prices and payment
The prices agreed in the chosen plan apply, plus any VAT. Invoices are payable within the stated period.
Availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability outside expressly agreed service levels. Maintenance windows are announced where possible.
Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.
